At its 5th Avenue flagship in New York City, H&M hosted a holiday activation built around the theme of personalization and gifting. Customers who spent over $50 received a custom iron-on patch in a personalized envelope, hand-signed on site by professional calligraphers.

Design Scope
— Served as Art Director, leading the entire visual execution of the activation.
— Hand-illustrated and designed custom patch artwork produced exclusively for the event.
— Created branded envelopes for calligraphy personalization, along with all supporting print and in-store materials.
— Prepared all assets for production, ensuring seamless vendor handoff and quality control.
— Designed and finalized client presentations, incorporating revisions and delivering polished decks.
