KHL — Closing Ceremony Season 13 (Barvikha Luxury Village, Moscow)

Overview
On 8 June, at the Barvikha Luxury Village concert hall in Moscow, the Closing Ceremony for KHL Season 13 took place. As my first project in a new agency, I was brought in to propose a visual direction when the client had no clear style. My concept was approved from the first presentation and became the foundation for the event’s visual identity — from stage design to photo zones, built environments, and sweeping environmental graphics.
Design Scope
Acted as Art Director and lead visual executor: developed a cohesive Key Visual, stage graphics, decor elements, photo zones, and spatial branding.
Hand-illustrated all visual elements based on the Key Visual and delivered vendor-ready files for fabrication.
Managed client presentations and revisions: built decks, refined it with feedback, and delivered final versions.
Oversaw installation fidelity, ensuring that structural elements adhered to the visual direction throughout the venue.
Result
A striking visual identity that gave the Closing Ceremony a unified, memorable aesthetic — the stage, zones, and environment were all tied back to the original concept. This success established my credibility in the new agency and became a reference point for subsequent projects.
